Bio
William Edward is an American Hair and Makeup Artist. Born and raised in Los Angeles, William began his career within the Beauty Industry in 2009 when he attended the Aveda Institute.
Upon graduating and receiving his Cosmetology License, William spent the first few years of his career focusing on continued education. During this time he gained a wide variety of skills which include: women’s styling and cutting, men’s grooming, and color theory to name a few. After working in various salons around the city for a few years, William shifted his focus to exclusively being a Freelance Hairstylist in 2016.
It was this shift that opened his eyes to an entirely new world. Since becoming a Freelance Hairstylist, William has had the opportunity to work with celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra-Jonas, Leslie Mann, Andrea Savage, and many more. For three years in a row, he was the lead Hairstylist for the Miss Russian LA beauty pageant in Los Angeles. In addition, William has also had the opportunity to work on fashion shows such as Palm Springs Style and with designers like Michael Costello, Father Akki and Alice + Olivia. He has been on a team led by celebrity hairstylist Kim Kimble.
